LOUISVILLE, KY (September 6, 2007) - Ventas, Inc. (NYSE:VTR) ("Ventas" or the "Company") said today that it is mourning the loss of its board member Christopher T. Hannon, who passed away on September 4, 2007, at the age of 45.
