Ventas's revenues are diversified by facility type as well as by geography. Only two states are responsible for more than 10 percent of the Company's current annualized revenues (as defined below). Additionally, approximately 66 percent of Ventas's revenues come from senior housing facilities, approximately 20 percent of its revenues come from skilled nursing facilities, approximately 11 percent of revenues come from the Company's hospitals and approximately 3 percent from medical office buildings and other healthcare facilities.
