Ventas's revenues are diversified by facility type as well as by geography. Only 2 states are responsible for more than 10 percent of the Company's current annualized revenues (as defined below). Additionally, approximately 63 percent of Ventas's revenues come from senior housing facilities, 20 percent of its revenues come from skilled nursing facilities, 10 percent of revenues come from the Company's hospitals, 5 percent from medical office buildings and other healthcare facilities and 2 percent from loan investments.
