Ventas's revenues are diversified by state and province with its 192 skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), 41 hospitals, 253 senior housing facilities (SHF) and 27 medical office buildings and other healthcare facilities located in 43 states and two Canadian provinces. The geographic distribution is illustrated below. These 513 facilities are leased or managed by third party operators. The Company also has investments or other interests in 4 additional senior housing assets.
