As Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Senior Housing at Ventas, Inc., Jacqueline Grace leads operational execution and performance across the Company’s Senior Housing Operating Portfolio (SHOP). Working closely with Ventas’s more than 40 SHOP operators, she is responsible for advancing operational excellence at scale, enhancing resident and caregiver experiences and driving sustainable growth across Ventas’s senior housing communities. Grace is a member of Ventas’s senior leadership team.

Grace brings more than 15 years of senior leadership experience across complex, large-scale real estate and hospitality platforms. Prior to joining Ventas in 2026, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Beam Living, a Blackstone-owned multifamily residential property management company, where she oversaw a portfolio of 15,000 units serving approximately 30,000 residents and led the company’s transformation and integration into a national multifamily platform.

Previously, Grace held multiple senior leadership roles at Caesars Entertainment, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, General Manager and Regional CSR Executive Sponsor for Tropicana Atlantic City. In that role, she led all aspects of operations for one of the market’s largest integrated resort properties, with annual revenues exceeding $325 million.

Grace earned an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from Stony Brook University.
