Under Ms. Cafaro’s leadership, the Company’s annual total shareholder return (TSR) has exceeded 18 percent for the 25 years ended December 31, 2024. Prior to joining Ventas, Ms. Cafaro was President and a Director of a NYSE-listed multi-family REIT.
