Andrew L. Wattula is Executive Vice President, Outpatient Medical & Research at Ventas, Inc. and CEO of Lillibridge Healthcare Services. A member of the Ventas executive leadership team, Wattula oversees the Company’s outpatient medical and research business, which is a leading owner and manager of properties operating at the intersection of medicine, research and universities.

Wattula is an accomplished commercial real estate leader, with more than twenty years of experience in operations, strategy and leasing. Prior to joining Ventas in 2026, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (NYSE: HPP), where he led operations for a 16.5 million square foot office and retail portfolio serving more than 1,000 tenants. Earlier, Wattula held roles of increasing responsibility at Beacon Capital Partners and Hines.

Before his career in commercial real estate, Wattula served as a Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy, leading mission-critical teams in operations, training, budgeting and personnel development. Wattula was a mission commander overseas and was awarded the Navy Air Medal for his service.

Wattula holds a B.S. degree with honors from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He serves on the Leadership Council of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
